International English Teachers – Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview

We provide online English tutoring services, including:

  • English language lessons tailored for Chinese children and adults

  • Instruction in Western cultural etiquette to enhance communication, and prepare clients for global business interactions

  • Live video sessions delivered by qualified tutors via Zoom/Google

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to:

  • Children aged 5 and above (with parental consent)

  • Adults seeking personal or professional development

  • Clients based in China or other international locations

3. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform.

  • Payments are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable except under the circumstances outlined in Section 6 (Cancellations and Refunds).

  • Pricing is subject to change, but you will be notified before any changes apply to your account or upcoming sessions.

4. Session Guidelines

  • All sessions are conducted online via video call.

  • Clients are expected to join sessions on time. Tutors will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before marking the session as a “no-show.”

  • Repeated no-shows or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect all clients to:

  • Show respect to tutors and staff

  • Refrain from using offensive language or inappropriate behavior during sessions

  • Avoid recording or distributing any sessions without prior written consent

We reserve the right to terminate services for any violations of this code.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded.

  • In the event of technical issues on our side or a tutor’s absence, you may request a free reschedule or full refund.

7. Tutor Availability and Changes

  • While we strive to provide consistent tutoring, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific tutor.

  • We reserve the right to change tutors if necessary and will notify you in advance when possible.

8. Educational Content and Materials

  • All lesson plans, materials, and session content are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name] and are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and store personal data only for the purpose of providing our services.
